Our vision is to put ourselves into the position of setting the standard for After Sales Appliance Service Centres. We are working with manufacturers and customers to define exactly what is the industry best practice and then we are going to exceed this expectation. We will not settle for anything less.
We are expanding our premises to provide better support to our customers, enabling us to handle the bulk repair / reworks / transit damage, even have the facility to park a container. So this type of repair work can be sent directly from the retailer or customer to us, to repair and report, rather than going through the factory. This will mean less handling, less damage and less cost to you.
